Position Overview
As our Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing advertising strategies to support real estate agents in generating leads, increasing brand visibility, and driving measurable business growth. This role demands a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, audience targeting, and campaign optimization techniques, specifically tailored for the unique needs of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Strategically design and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to connect real estate professionals with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Build and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Retargeting, to attract high-intent leads.
Develop and implement comprehensive advertising funnels that align with client objectives and maximize ROI.
Ad Creation & Optimization
Craft engaging ad copy, visuals, and creative assets tailored to real estate audiences.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost-per-lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
Client Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with clients to understand their target audience, market, and business goals.
Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights, ensuring transparency and alignment with client expectations.
Offer expert consultation to educate clients on advertising strategies and best practices.
Industry Expertise
Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in digital advertising.
Leverage your expertise to identify new opportunities for clients to stay competitive in the real estate market.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

3+ years of experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns, preferably with clients in the real estate or lead-generation industries.
A proven track record of delivering measurable results and achieving a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
Advanced knowledge of tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in audience segmentation, retargeting, and tracking conversions across multiple platforms.
Strong skills in copywriting, creative development, and data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
