Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Reports to: Project & Operations, Creative Director
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: Based on experience/skill + Bonuses and Promotions
Part-time: ~20 hours / week

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to help us level up our organic online presence.
This role revolves heavily around creativity and strategy - not so much in 'management' thus if you are a Social Media Manager, and not a Specialist this is NOT the job for you.

We're looking for someone who can take our current social media profiles, deeply study our brand, and implement strategies to grow it organically. We need someone who can create and initiate campaigns on social media.

About us:

We specialize in providing innovative wellness products, focusing on devices designed to enhance muscle recovery and relaxation. Our products are available for purchase through e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon. While we’re already running paid ads, our goal this year is to focus on growing organically and building a strong, engaged community.

What you’ll do:

- Manage our social media pages and create fresh, attention-grabbing content.
- Write short, creative captions with relevant hashtags.
- Suggest creative angles for our video editors / graphic designer to try (to go viral)
- Approve / decline video post submitted by our editors based on our brand identity, voice, and style
- Improve the copy / captions by our editors
- Schedule posts using ----------
- Keep our brand engaging and on-trend.
- Create social media campaigns and join communities
- Additionally: monitor social media comments and work closely with the customer support team
