Real estate acquisition manager

We are open to increasing the rate upon seeing performance improvements.

???? What You’ll Do:

?? Qualify leads and assess property values

?? Negotiate favorable deals with sellers

?? Manage the acquisition process from start to finish



???? Requirements:

- Proven experience in US Real Estate as Acquisition Manager

- Experience with residential vacant land (preferred)

- Experience using a CRM

- Experience Comping properties

- Strong communication & negotiation skills with American Accent

- Ability to start immediately
