Your Mission:

As a Thumbnail Designer, your primary role is to craft high-performing thumbnails for YouTube videos, ads, and social media content.

You’ll design visuals that drive click-through rates, test designs to optimize performance and collaborate closely with the team to push creative boundaries.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency with tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Data-Driven Approach: Use metrics like CTR to guide your creative process.

- Commitment to Growth: Stay on top of trends and adapt your designs to maximize performance.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST, with occasional weekend availability for urgent tasks.
