Greenway Growth 360 is a growing company committed to connecting top talent with leading insurance agencies. We’re looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant to help grow our social media presence, run impactful marketing campaigns, and collaborate with our team to deliver results.

Position Details:
Role: Marketing Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Freelance)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday:
9:00 PM - 12:30 AM PHT (8:00 AM - 11:30 AM CST)
6:00 AM - 8:00 AM PHT (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST, previous day)
Saturday:
6:00 AM - 8:00 AM PHT (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST, Friday)
Total Hours: 25 hours/week

Location: Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers and engagement.
Post and manage engaging social media content 3-5 times weekly.
Collaborate with the team during U.S. business hours to plan and implement campaigns.
Monitor and respond to social media engagement, including comments and messages.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Assist with creating marketing materials and graphics (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus).
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Basic graphic design skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team-Oriented: Comfortable collaborating in a remote team environment.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a bonus, but training will be provided.
