I'm looking for someone who can take on a website build for a new brand launch. The brand is a high end real estate start up in London.

The brand identity should be simplistic and beautiful. Some examples of inspiration are below:

Please see below the non negotiables:

1. Communication is of paramount importance. I will not have time to chase for updates

2. Must have ongoing availability to maintain website or offer AI solution (can be on a request availabiity)

3. Must not be using Canva or similar. This is a high end brand and Canva will not serve the purpose of the brand identity and the target clients attraction.
