Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Virtual Assistant who excels in lead generation, follow-ups, and customer service. This role requires proficiency in software such as Excel, Shopify, Canva, ChatGPT, Xero, Mailchimp, and various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding our values of excellence, integrity, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Follow-Up

Research and identify potential leads through our website and independent research.

Manage follow-up communications to nurture and convert leads.

Track and report lead conversion rates and performance metrics.

Customer Service

Handle live chat, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and empathy.

Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services.

Maintain and update customer service guidelines as needed.

Social Media Management

Manage all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Plan, schedule, and post engaging content using tools like Canva and ChatGPT.

Monitor social engagement and interact with followers to build brand loyalty.

Administrative Support

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero.

Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, leveraging pre-existing templates.

Assist with email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.

Generate performance and analytics reports for various areas, including social media and admin tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in Excel, Shopify, Canva, ChatGPT, Xero, and Mailchimp.

Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).

Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial tracking.
