We are seeking a talented Data Scraper - CSR to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for gathering and organizing data from various online sources to support our customer service operations. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring we provide accurate and timely information to our customers.
What you'll be doing
Organizing and cleaning the collected data to ensure it is accurate, consistent, and ready for use
Assisting the customer service team by providing relevant data and insights to help resolve customer inquiries
Monitoring data sources and updating information as required to maintain the integrity of our customer service knowledge base
Identifying opportunities to improve data collection and processing methods to increase efficiency
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address data-related needs
What we're looking for
Proven experience in data scraping and data extraction, with a strong understanding of tools and techniques
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle data challenges
Proficiency in using MS Excel
Experience in using the Service Titan software is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
Effective communication skills to collaborate with the customer service team and other stakeholders
Knowledge of customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality support
