The Executive Assistant to the CEO in this healthcare-focused role will provide high-level support and manage complex schedules while ensuring effective communication with tea
Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings with healthcare partners, board members, and department leads
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including conferences and site visits to healthcare facilities
• Handle correspondence, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-ups on key initiatives
• Support strategic projects, including research and data gathering for healthcare industry trends and benchmarks
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents that align with healthcare regulations and guidelines
• Organize board meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and standards
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant healthcare software
• Discretion in handling sensitive business information
