Marketing and SEO person

I am looking for someone to market a website online. This person needs to be able to create tangible goals in Google Analytics and meet said goals. I need to know who is coming to the website and who is being converted. I've had 3 people call me from the website this year so far but it isn't enough. Google analytics and sitemaps is already set up. I hope to increase business from this website and also try to capture a higher amount of people who may have visited the website but didn't convert. I also want more potential customers to view the website. This position is freelance to, possibly, full time work depending on results. If you can get results I can offer a full time job.
