Position: Full-Time E-commerce Operations Assistant
Location: Remote (Philippines Time Zone)
Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (7 days a week)
Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring sales, managing payment settings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. This is a full-time remote position that requires availability 7 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Monitor daily sales performance across multiple platforms.
Update payment settings as needed, ensuring smooth transactions on platforms like Stripe and Checkout Champ.
Pause or adjust Facebook Ads campaigns if necessary to optimize performance.
Regularly check and ensure all systems (e.g., Stripe, Checkout Champ, and others) are functioning correctly.
Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
Communicate effectively with the team regarding updates or issues.

Requirements:

Experience in e-commerce operations, especially with payment gateways (Stripe, Checkout Champ) and ad platforms (Facebook Ads).
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
Flexibility to work 7 days a week from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Philippine Time.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
