Standby Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Standby Virtual Assistant to handle small but important tasks at a high-performing level. This is a flexible, on-call position, perfect for someone looking for continuous gig opportunities rather than a full-time job.

As a Standby VA, you will only be called upon when tasks need to be completed, and each task will have a specified deadline by which it must be completed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete small, tedious tasks efficiently and accurately
- Be available to take on assignments as needed
- Deliver tasks no later than the assigned deadline
- Maintain clear communication to ensure timely completion of work

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

- Experience with Shopify
- Proficiency in Canva and/or CapCut
- Some background in graphic design

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail
- High level of reliability and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency with basic online tools and platforms

Time Management Policy:

For each task, you will be provided with a set amount of time to complete the work. All tasks must be delivered no later than the assigned deadline. If additional time is required, prior approval is necessary.
