# Project & Support Specialist
**DEPARTMENT: Project Coordination / Customer Support**
**REPORTS TO: CEO**
**WORK HOURS: 9 AM EST. - 5 PM EST.**
**SALARY: $1,000 / Month**
**SUMMARY**
**Manage, proof, upload, and retouch photos and video on a daily basis. Follow up with clients on project status and consult them on how to download their media. Maintain communication with clients and answer customer inquiries. Book & manage projects on behalf of customers.**

- **Answer Incoming phone calls & text messages**

- **Call/Email/Text clients about project status**
- **Customer Success (Answer questions, help clients, etc.)**

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Ability to take on several tasks at once.**
- **Attention to detail.**
- **Ability to speak with clients on the phone with confidence.**
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software fluency.**
- **Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom.**
- **Preferred proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.**
- **Proficient with Google G Suite and word processing software.**
