How You Will Contribute:

• Make outbound calls to potential real estate clients, engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, and share information about our services and value.
• Maintain a detailed database of leads, keeping accurate records of all interactions and following up to nurture relationships.
• Answer inquiries, provide additional information, and build strong connections with prospects.
• Stay updated on real estate trends, regulations, and industry developments to communicate effectively with clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in cold calling or telemarketing, ideally in the real estate industry, with strong communication skills to engage and persuade clients effectively.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, capable of working independently, meeting goals, and keeping accurate records.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology, market trends, and property types, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, offering additional opportunities for bilingual candidates.
