We are a government contracting prime that specializes in providing essential services and managing projects for federal, state, and local government agencies. As a growing company, we are looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. Position Overview:
We are seeking a trainable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for several tasks that are critical to our government contracting process. You will support our efforts by searching for solicitations, calling companies to gather pricing, following up with vendors, and assisting with proposals.

We also run a small cleaning business and may hand off some of those tasks as well

This is a part-time role (up to 4 hours per day), with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Government contracting:
Search for solicitations: Review government solicitations relevant to our services.
Contact companies for pricing: Call and communicate with potential partners or vendors to gather quotes.
Follow-up: Maintain consistent follow-up with vendors and ensure quotes and relevant information are obtained.

Cleaning Business:
Manage customer bookings using tools like Booking Koala or other scheduling software.
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
Use Go High-Level for customer follow-ups, email campaigns, and lead management.
Coordinate schedules and communicate with cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations.
Research and onboard subcontractors or cleaning vendors as needed.


Email
s and communications: Answer and send emails professionally, staying on top of inquiries and follow-ups.
Proposal support: As you grow in the role, you will assist in preparing proposals for government bids.

Skills & Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) are a must.
Cold Calling experience
Go HighLevel experience
Must have experience in ---------- and other bidding sites
Must have experience in US government contract proposal writing
Virtual Assistant experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working as a VA.
Bonus: Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus, though not required.
Organized and detail-oriented: You will be tracking information, following up on details, and ensuring accuracy.
Proficient with technology: Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, email, and basic office applications.
Availability: Must be available to work between 8 AM – 3 PM CST for up to 4 hours per day (Monday – Friday).
