We are looking for a bookkeeper to take care of our accounting records and reports. This job involves daily bookkeeping and ensuring our financial records are correct and dependable.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the books for all entities using QuickBooks.
• Match transactions between different entities and investor payments.
• Assist in investor reporting.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms for tax return preparation.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Qualifications:

• Bookkeeping experience is not required but related experience is a plus.
• A hardworking individual with a strong work ethic.
• Highly organized, proactive, and dependable with strong time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and quick to learn new tools
