Job Title: Google Ads Manager
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Employment Type: Part-Time and Full-Time Available

Key Responsibilities
As our Google Ads Manager, you will help CloseAbility grow its online presence and drive results through strategic ad campaigns. You will:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research, including the integration of Equator keywords, to optimize ad performance.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ad Creation: Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment with our brand tone.
A/B Testing: Test various ad creatives, audiences, and strategies to maximize ROI.
Budget Management: Allocate budgets efficiently and effectively across campaigns to meet business goals.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
A passion for technology and startups.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics and High Level and Ubersuggest
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
