Human Resources Manager/Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and lead the human resources function. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, managing talent, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to drive organizational success through effective HR management.


Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management: Develop, implement, and maintain HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for all VAs and contractor's concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management: Design and oversee performance evaluation systems to promote employee growth and productivity.
Policy Development: Create, update, and enforce HR policies in line with local labor laws and organizational needs.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal standards and in-house policies, maintaining proper HR records and documentation.
Payroll: Collaborate with the Payroll Department and your team to ensure a smooth and error-free weekly payroll process.
HR Analytics: Utilize data to measure HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation (is a plus) and best HR practices.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
