Are you someone who loves turning chaos into clarity? Do you thrive on organization, problem-solving, and tackling challenges head-on? Are you the kind of person who looks at a mess and can’t wait to get it running like a well-oiled machine? If so, keep reading—this might be the perfect role for you.
About the Role
I’m a big-picture thinker, strategist, and visionary who needs a dedicated, highly organized Virtual Assistant to be my right-hand person. Your mission? To bring structure, order, and efficiency to the moving parts of my business. You will be instrumental in managing the details that help me execute my vision and stay on track. This is not a role for someone looking for a simple task list—it’s for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and sometimes messy environment.
Key Responsibilities
•
• Content Scheduling & Organization: Help organize, schedule, and manage content across platforms to ensure consistent posting and engagement. (NOTE: I will train you on anything to do with digital marketing, if you already have this skillset, that is a bonus, not a requirement)
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, organize files, and create systems to streamline day-to-day operations.
• Execution Support: Work closely with me to take my big-picture ideas and help map out the steps needed to execute them.
• Problem-Solving & Organization: Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement processes that make the business run smoother.
• Accountability Partner: Gently (or firmly) nudge me when I stray off course, asking the tough questions that keep me aligned with my goals.
Who You Are
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: You find joy in spreadsheets, checklists, and making sense of chaos. You see opportunities to improve processes everywhere you look.
• A Creative Problem Solver: You’re resourceful and thrive on figuring out how to make things work. Obstacles? You see them as puzzles to solve.
• Self-Motivated & Proactive: You don’t wait for instructions. You take the initiative and anticipate needs before they arise.
• A Strong Communicator: Whether it’s asking clarifying questions, pushing back when something doesn’t make sense, or articulating your ideas, you’re comfortable speaking up.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp), social media scheduling tools, and more.
• Comfortable with Ambiguity: You’re adaptable and can thrive in an environment where priorities shift and things evolve.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
• A Love for Challenges: You enjoy tackling problems and creating systems that didn’t exist before.
• A Strategic Mind: While you excel at the details, you also understand how they fit into the bigger picture.
• Passion for Helping Others Succeed: You get genuine satisfaction from knowing your efforts make someone else’s vision come to life.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
• Collaborative Environment: You’ll work directly with me to shape the systems that support my business and life.
• Room for Creativity: Your input and ideas will be valued and encouraged as we build better processes together.
• Meaningful Work: You’ll be contributing to a business that helps empower women, foster confidence, and inspire personal growth.
• Flexible Vacation: If you need time off just let me know.
• Opportunity to advance/get bonuses: If you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.
Details
• Position Type: Part-time to start. I will pay you a salary based on 20hrs/week, but if you work more, I will pay you more.
• Location: Remote
• Compensation: Competitive and based on your skill level and other people who apply.
• Hours: Flexible, you can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
