We are a dynamic and growing Kitchen and Bath Cabinet company seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our administrative, customer relations, financial management, marketing, data management, operational support, and personal assistance needs. **Key Responsibilities:**
*Administrative Support:*
- Manage incoming
- Draft, format, and proofread business documents, contracts, proposals, and reports.
- Organize and maintain digital files for easy access to important documents.
- Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling meetings with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Track the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timelines are met and providing updates to clients.
- keep records of materials used in projects.
*Customer Relations:*
- Follow up with clients regarding their orders, installations, and address any concerns or feedback they may have.
- Maintain a database of potential clients, tracking interactions and follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Obtain Google reviews from clients once the project has been completed
*Bookkeeping:*
- Enter and categorize all transactions daily into Waveapps for Bookkeeping Purposes
- Assist in budget management by maintaining records of business expenses.
*Marketing Support:*
- Manage business social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts to engage customers effectively.
- Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and newsletters.
- Update content on the business websites to ensure it reflects current projects and offerings.
*Data Management:*
- Generate status reports on sales, customer feedback, and active projects to inform decision-making.
*Personal Assistance:*
- Handle personal tasks as needed to free up time for business activities.
- Assist in prioritizing daily tasks and managing your time effectively to enhance productivity.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using various software tools for document preparation, database management, and social media.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
