Proficiency in Mindbody is a must, as this role relies heavily on using it to optimize operations and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
As a Full-Stack Sales Professional, you will:
Master Mindbody: Use Mindbody to manage leads, track sales data, and optimize member engagement. Your expertise in this platform will be central to your success in the role.
Lead Nurturing: Build strong relationships with leads, guide them through the sales process, and ensure exceptional follow-up to drive conversions.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze sales and member data using Mindbody to track performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.
CRM Management: Work with tools like Go High Level and the Mindbody Marketing App to organize and maintain customer data, streamline communication, and enhance efficiency.
Administrative Support: Handle key administrative tasks, including scheduling, email follow-ups, and database updates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Sales Execution: Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing proven strategies and adapting to evolving market needs.
Flexible Availability: Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our clients and team.
Continuous Learning: Quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools, especially Go High Level, to support evolving business needs.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate:
Mindbody Expertise: Proficiency with Mindbody is essential, including its Marketing App and reporting features.
Experience: At least three years of professional experience in sales, lead nurturing, or CRM management.
Data-Driven Approach: Strong skills in analyzing sales and member data to inform decisions and strategies.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with Go High Level or eager to learn it quickly, along with other CRM and scheduling platforms.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Team Player: Works well in a collaborative, remote environment and builds positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting with evolving priorities.
Fitness Knowledge (a Plus): Familiarity with the fitness industry is advantageous but not required.
