Your Role
Social Media Content Creation & Design
Design visually compelling carousels, cheat sheets, and other creative assets for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and
Ensure content aligns with the mission of purpose-driven leadership and innovation.
Repurpose content for multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Newsletter Management
Assist in writing and editing content for my newsletter, ensuring it provides valuable insights to subscribers.
Use tools like ConvertKit (or similar platforms) to manage subscribers, create
Brainstorm and test ways to grow the newsletter subscriber base.
Educational Digital Product Development
Help craft educational resources, such as guides, eBooks, templates, and course materials, to support the audience in leadership and innovation.
Collaborate on ideas for future digital products and assist in bringing them to life.
Social Media Management
Post agreed copy and assets on social media, adhering to a consistent schedule.
Manage community engagement:
• Publish posts
• Respond to comments on posts to foster meaningful discussion.
• Engage with 35+ posts daily during GMT 12:00–2:00 pm, focusing on sparking thoughtful conversations.
Metrics & Reporting
Track performance metrics for content, campaigns, and the newsletter.
Provide weekly reports highlighting engagement, growth, and areas of improvement.
Key Skills
Strong creative design skills with experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software.
Excellent written English communication skills, with an eye for detail and consistency.
Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and professional growth.

Pay & Perks
Pay: $500+ per month for part time (20+ hours/week). Opportunities for raises and bonuses based on performance.
Flexible schedule: You control your own time, with a key window around GMT 12:00–2:00 pm for engagement activities.
Time off: Flexible vacation—just give a week notice.
