**Position Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier remote professionals who align with FullPond’s standards of excellence. This position is pivotal to ensuring that our clients receive the best support available from highly skilled and qualified staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute strategies to attract candidates from the Philippines for administrative, financial, and eCommerce roles.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews, interviews, and skill assessments to ensure candidates meet FullPond’s quality standards.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a database of qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with the internal team to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Onboarding Coordination: Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on progress and challenges.

**Qualifications**

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

**Experience:**

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably for remote or international roles.
- Familiarity with the job markets in the Philippines is a strong advantage.

**Skills:**

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
