JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Technical Support & System Administrator (Night Shift)

Shift Preference:
Night shift with preference for availability between 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

Job Responsibilities

Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printers and scanners (Kyocera Task Alpha and Brother Scanners).
Provide remote assistance to staff with network issues, Chromebooks, laptops, internet connectivity, and other technical problems.
Monitor virtual phone systems for administrative staff to ensure functionality and prevent missed calls.
Conduct remote checks on administrative staff systems to ensure computers and files are secure.

System Administration:
Provide technical support for the following systems and continually improve knowledge of them:
Google Workspace
Practice Q
Practice Fusion
Simple Practice
RingCentral
Coordinate with web developers to evaluate technical proposals for website reconstruction and potential collaborations.
Manage user access for newly hired staff and clinicians.

Research & Report Management:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on data extracted from various systems to meet the management team's needs.
Conduct in-depth research on new systems under consideration and provide detailed analyses of their benefits and potential data migration challenges.
Serve as the primary liaison with potential system vendors for evaluation and future collaborations.

Data Management:
Oversee the management and organization of confidential data within Google Drive, ensuring all documents are secure and protected.

IT Policy Creation & Security:
Develop procedures to ensure HIPAA compliance for all remote staff.
Create and send weekly reminders to staff on file security best practices to prevent malware and other cybersecurity threats.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical support, system administration, or related fields.
Familiarity with the systems listed above (Google Workspace, Practice Q, Practice Fusion, Simple Practice, RingCentral).
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues remotely.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Interested applicants should be comfortable working the night shift and have a strong understanding of IT systems and security protocols.
