Hiring: Outreach Specialist (Full-Time)

Salary: $7 - $8/hour + $5 incentive per scheduled appointment

- Make professional and persuasive cold calls to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads.

- Collaborate with the team to improve messaging and outreach strategies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold outreach, including cold messaging and calls.
- Expertise in LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Fluent and proficient in English.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Resilient, results-driven, and able to handle rejection.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
