The Marketing Assistant is responsible for conducting and analyzing market and user research, building PDPs and Landing Pages based on wireframes, executing marketing reporting (upsell reporting, landing page performance tracking, and A/B testing analysis), and assisting in maintaining the Shopify backend while adhering to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). This role requires a high level of detail, analytical ability, strong communication skills, and design proficiency. The Marketing Assistant will directly contribute to the success of the organization by driving improvements in user experience, supporting marketing strategies, and delivering exceptional results. **Outcomes:**
In this role, you will:
- Conduct and analyze market research to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct and validate user research to enhance user experience and inform website and product optimization.
- Analyze marketing data pulled from Shopify, Triple Whale, and other sources to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Build and optimize PDPs and Landing Pages independently, using provided wireframes and aligning with UX/UI best practices.
- Collect, validate, and integrate Voice of Customer data to improve product and campaign strategies
**Responsibilities:**
- Execute comprehensive market research, tracking competitors and identifying opportunities for differentiation.
- Conduct user research, including surveys and usability tests, to gather actionable insights for improving user experience.
- Generate detailed marketing reports, including A/B test results, campaign performance, and upsell effectiveness, and present recommendations.
- Build and maintain accurate, high-performing landing pages and PDPs in Shopify/Zipify, following wireframes and UX principles.
- Manage website backend tasks, including product updates, pricing, and metadata adjustments, to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Assist with website QA testing, proactively identifying user experience issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in user experience (UX) or a related field, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating UX proficiency.
- Proven ability to conduct and analyze market and user research.
- Experience building landing pages and PDPs in Shopify and/or Zipify based on wireframes.
- Proficient in analyzing marketing data and generating actionable insights.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
