Admin Assistant for Social Media Salesman, Customer Support, and Video Editor

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to help manage and engage with our growing online community.

As Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for selling our Mystery Shopping course inside of comments, responding to comments, answering questions, and encouraging followers to join our Mystery Shopping program across TikTok and other social media platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and being a part of an exciting, rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:
+ Respond to all comments on TikTok and other social media platforms DAILY in friendly, and professional manner encouraging followers to join our Mystery Shopping program.
+ Answer frequently asked questions about the program and services.
+ Engage with followers to create a positive community environment and encourage them to join the program.
+ Ensure all interactions are on-brand, helpful, and engaging.
+ Assist with managing social media engagement to ensure high interaction rates and positive feedback.
+ Track and report on common questions, concerns, and feedback from the community to help improve our offerings and customer service.
+ Helping with video edits to post on social media.

Requirements:
+ Excellent written communication skills with an engaging and friendly tone.
+ Experience with social media platforms, especially TikTok and other social media tools.
+ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Experience in customer service or community management is a plus.
+ Ability to work 40 hours per week.
+ Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Compensation:
+ Starting at $500 per month.
+ Flexible working hours.
