About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Virtual Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be working closely with our CEO and Creative Lead, ensuring smooth operations and helping us deliver stellar results for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

Tracking and documenting daily posts for clients across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Preparing and delivering monthly analytics reports, highlighting performance metrics and key insights.
Managing client onboarding, including adding them to Slack, Notion, Frame, and other tools we use.
Basic client communication, ensuring professionalism and timely responses.
Attending team meetings and taking notes to ensure follow-through on action items.
Reporting daily to Deepak (CEO) and Jamey (Chief Creative Officer).

Who We're Looking For:

Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented – you know how to bring structure to chaos.
Comfortable with productivity tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace) and eager to learn new systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, self-starter mindset – you anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
