*** Job Description***
As our Virtual Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a dual role in both sales and customer service, focusing on building meaningful relationships with our clients. This full-time, home-based position offers flexible work hours and a chance to grow within our team. You’ll primarily handle warm leads and work with potential clients in a friendly, approachable way to help them find the right cleaning solutions for their needs.
*** Key Responsibilities ***
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and
- Build genuine relationships with prospects and convert warm leads into sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to track leads and sales progress.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
*** Qualifications ***
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal (this is a critical requirement).
- Previous experience in inside sales and customer service; 2+ years preferred (Experience with the cleaning industry preferred, but not mandatory).
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a talent for building rapport and fostering strong client relationships.
- A proactive and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Self-driven, with a positive and energetic attitude, capable of effectively handling objections and achieving results.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- A reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment.
- Familiarity with B2C sales processes and lead nurturing is an added advantage but not essential.

- Base salary of $400 - $700 per month during the probation period (based on experience).
- Commission-based earnings after the probation period, with top earners making up to $2,000 per month.
