YouTube Channel Assistant

Lil Shameless Plug is looking for a YouTube Channel Manager & SEO Specialist to work for 20 - 25 hours per week. This is a Fully Remote position.

At Lil Shameless Plug we help businesses who know they need social media but can’t stand doing it themselves create a thriving community online.

You LOVE YouTube. Like, really really love it.
You know how to use and understand engagement strategies for YouTube.
You have a reliable and fast (VERY FAST) internet connection.
You are constantly learning.
You would be fulfilled knowing that you are helping small businesses thrive.
You are able to juggle multiple brand identities at once.
You have a thorough understanding of the English language, jokes and slang.
You have your own smartphone and laptop.

Your daily duties would include but are not limited to...
Uploading videos to channels on a daily basis.
Monitoring comments: deleting spam, using canned responses, liking and loving when appropriate.
Topic Research
Managing Key Metrics & Reporting them on our monthly Clients Analytics/Strategy Sheets
Keyword / SEO Research
Managing of ---------- links in video descriptions with UTMs

Required skills and qualities:
These are swing shifts of 5 to 8 hours each between the hours of 11 PM - 11 AM PHT (UTC+8)
Strong attention to detail -- you double check your work and avoid big/small mistakes
Highly organized -- you know how to multi-task and could easily switch between client accounts
Highly responsive with excellent follow-through and follow-up -- when it comes to communication we believe you can never have too much
You are a self starter - We will provide you with the outline of what you need to do but you will be in charge of your day to day implementation
Willing to be trained and open to learning new skills -- willing to be monitored during training days
Strong email management and organization skills.
You’ve used Asana and Air Table before
One Mandatory Meeting/Month. You must be able to attend this meeting on a monthly basis.
