Lead Generation and Data Management Part-Time

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in lead generation, data management, and using software tools to optimize workflows. You will support us in scraping, cleaning, and uploading lead lists, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining efficient processes to help our clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Scraping and Management:

Use tools such as Apollo, Crunchbase, or GetLup to identify and scrape relevant leads.
Verify and clean email lists using platforms like NeverBounce or similar.
Create and manage exclusion lists to avoid overlapping contacts.
Data Handling:

Format and normalize lead data using Excel and platforms like Clay.
Map and rename data columns to ensure seamless workflow automation.
Detect and resolve discrepancies in data, such as irrelevant or oversized companies.
Process Management:

Upload and organize lead lists in software tools.
Maintain strict adherence to weekly quotas for lead uploads.
Monitor workflows to ensure timely and efficient execution.
General Tasks:

Assist in setting up email campaigns in tools like Smart Lead.
Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and suggest improvements.
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update them as needed.
Requirements:

Prior experience with lead scraping and data management tools like Apollo, Crunchbase, or similar.
Proficiency in Excel, including creating formulas for data exclusion and cleanup.
Ability to learn and use automation tools like Clay or other workflow platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and common sense to identify data anomalies.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Comfortable working in overlapping time zones with the team (Indian Standard Time with some flexibility).
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for task optimization.
Experience in managing exclusion lists and high-volume email campaigns.
Knowledge of SaaS, B2B sales processes, and understanding ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
Compensation:

Part-time: $5/hour.
