Position: Cold Caller
Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible (Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads

• Qualify and generate new sales opportunities

• Build relationships with prospective clients

• Keep detailed records of calls and follow-ups

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Previous experience mim 1 year in sales or cold calling.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Passion for the real estate industry
