We are a growing plumbing company seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making follow-up calls, gathering feedback from customers, and conducting basic cold calls to follow up on our customer list.
Responsibilities:
-Post-Service Follow-Up: Call customers after a service visit to gather feedback about their experience, including technician performance and overall satisfaction.
-Cold Calling: Reach out to customers from our database to follow up, provide updates, and nurture relationships.
-Customer Support: Answer basic questions about our services or escalate concerns to the appropriate department.
-Record Keeping: Accurately log call details and customer feedback into our system for further analysis.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the team to improve customer experience based on feedback received.
Requirements:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Excellent English)
-Experience in customer service or cold calling is preferred.
-Ability to handle objections professionally and build rapport with customers.
-Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM updates.
-Self-motivated, organized, and reliable.
