Full-Time Executive Assistant for Online Coaching Business

Triad Global Media is a leading name in the Online YouTube Automation Education sector and we are currently hiring an experienced full time Executive Assistant for our company.

Position Overview:

We are on the hunt for one technical executive assistant to join our high-achieving team. The primary responsibility will be to follow instructions given by our team which will be to complete virtual tasks like:


Building & maintaining tracking systems with Google Sheets
Building automations with Zapier and Go-High-Level
Managing and organizing calendars of tea ---------- mbers using Google Calendar
Communicating with tea ---------- mbers using Slack
Onboarding customers
Creating invoices
Sending contracts
Uploading to social media


Key Qualifications:


- Must be fast to respond and an excellent communicator. We value communication, transparency and honesty above all else.
- A strong sense of ambition and drive.
- Full-time position - CANNOT have any other jobs on the side.
- Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and a high level of accountability.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English. (Note: The role involves written communication, but internal meetings and training will be conducted in spoken English)


Experience:


At this time we are strictly looking for someone who already has had existing experience as a Virtual Assistant in the past.

It is also mandatory for this person to have expertise and fluency with the following software:


Go High Level
Google sheets
Zapier
Slack
Notion

Work Schedule:

6 days/week Monday-Saturday
Must be available 12 hours/day from 2:30pm PH time - 2:30am PH time. Must also be flexible to change schedule as specified and needed.
One day off on Sundays

Compensation: $500 USD per month

The pay is fixed. Additionally, we may reward bonuses based on performance.
