We are currently seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant US Tax Preparer to join our team. If you have a strong background in tax preparation and are looking to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual tax returns using Form 1040 and Schedule C.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on tax returns to ensure compliance with IRS regulations.
- Assist in the examination process of tax returns, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather required information and clarify any questions.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.


Qualifications:
- Experience as a tax preparer, preferably with a focus on Form 1040 and Schedule C.
- Strong knowledge of due diligence requirements and examination processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
