We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service
Executive to join our team at CruCore Solutions L.L.C. This role is
essential in ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional
service to our clients. You will coordinate administrative tasks, manage
client communications, and collaborate across departments to maintain
efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
?Organise and coordinate service administration and procedures to
enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
?Ensure all e-shop orders are handled promptly and efficiently.
?Respond to customer service enquiries via phone,
chatbox, following company procedures to resolve them swiftly and
professionally.
?Provide clients with a clear overview of their holdings, ensuring all
communications are accurate and timely.
?Liaise with the logistics team and provide support for the timely
movement of wine and whisky.
?Reconcile the company’s ERP system with warehouse information
to maintain accurate records.
?Raise invoices and purchase orders as needed.
?Assist the finance department with credit control duties, including:
oRegularly reviewing accounts receivable balances and
following up with clients per company credit control
procedures.
oGenerating and sending account statements to clients.
oCollecting and recovering outstanding invoices while liaising
with the sales team.
?Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations.
?Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers to
ensure seamless operations.
?Identify and engage potential new clients for both the B2B and B2C
teams, contributing to business prospecting efforts.
?Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead
generation initiatives.
Requirements:
?Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service,
administration, or a similar role.
Strong and reliable internet service.
Skills:
oStrong organisational and coordination abilities.
oProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
oFamiliarity with CRM systems and invoicing software (e.g.,
Xero, Hubspot).
oExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
?Soft Skills: Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset, and the
ability to work under pressure.
Availability: Must work UAE business hours.
