We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our team in identifying and applying to qualified positions in digital marketing, paid media, and social media roles. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with LinkedIn's job search and application processes, specifically within the digital marketing space. This role requires someone who can effectively manage tasks, customize application materials, and ensure applications are submitted accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Search and Identification:
Research and identify LinkedIn job opportunities that align with specific criteria provided by the client within digital marketing, paid media, and social media industries.
Use advanced LinkedIn filters and search techniques to narrow down job postings.
Maintain a log of relevant job opportunities, including application deadlines and requirements.
Application Preparation:
Customize resumes and cover letters based on the job description and requirements, emphasizing expertise in digital marketing, paid media, and social media management.
Tailor applications to highlight key qualifications, certifications, and experiences relevant to each role, such as proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Ensure all application materials meet professional formatting and language standards.
Application Submission:
Accurately fill out online application forms for roles related to digital marketing and social media.
Upload necessary documents and ensure compliance with specific job application instructions.
Track and record the status of each application submitted.
Client Coordination:
Communicate regularly with the client to clarify preferences, gather additional information, and provide updates on application progress.
Address any feedback or adjustments requested by the client.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of all applications submitted, including company names, job titles, dates, and outcomes.
Provide weekly reports summarizing application activity and results.
