What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented SEO Assistant to join our team. You’ll work closely with our SEO Strategists to support campaign execution, content development, and ongoing optimisation.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of SEO experience, strong writing skills, and a keen interest in the evolving role of AI and automation in content and search. If you’re proactive, reliable, and eager to grow with a team that values high performance without the burnout, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
Execute link-building strategies and secure guest post opportunities
Write and optimise SEO content including blogs, service pages and topic clusters
Use AI tools like ChatGPT to draft content, then refine for voice and clarity
Optimise metadata, headings and internal linking structures
Support technical SEO tasks including site audits, broken links and crawl issues
Use SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4 and Search Console to guide execution
Keep ClickUp tasks updated and organise files in Google Drive
Track competitor activity and suggest optimisation opportunities
Stay on top of SEO trends, algorithm changes and AI innovations

Skills & Requirements
3+ years of experience in SEO content and implementation
Confident writing and editing for SEO and conversions
Comfortable using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog and GA4
Familiarity with WordPress, ClickUp and Google Workspace
Experience using AI content tools without compromising quality
Strong attention to detail, communication and time management
A proactive mindset and genuine interest in long-term growth
