Real Estate Sales Closer

We are looking for someone who has experience speaking with motivated home sellers. You will be interacting with sellers who already have some motivation to sell. Most of them will be either warm or hot leads. Your responsibilities will be to present them with offers, negotiate with them and close deals. We have a pre-written script for this. We also have a complete process in place to execute these deals.

Specific job duties include the following:

1) Call motivated seller leads using our current platform and systems.

2) Perform negotiations and finalize deals with motivated sellers.

3) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and seller interactions.

4) Utilize our CRM system to ensure that all information is up to date and organized.

5) Communicate information with Transaction Coordinator.

6) Perform necessary call/text follow-up sequence to sellers not closed but who have some motivation to sell.

7) Attend general weekly meetings
