Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About Lenergy: Founded four years ago, Lenergy is a high-growth solar energy company that has doubled its turnover annually. With a current team of 30 and ambitious expansion plans to open new sites in Sydney and Canberra within the next 6-12 months, we're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to significantly enhance our recruitment efforts.

The Role: As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a critical player in driving Lenergy's growth by building a strong pipeline of top-tier talent, focusing primarily on sales and business development roles. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle up to the offer stage, concentrating on sourcing, screening, and presenting top candidates to hiring managers. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role within a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and other job boards, to proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates, focusing on sales and business development professionals. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Full-Cycle Recruitment (to Offer Stage): Own the recruitment process from developing engaging job descriptions and posting roles to screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and presenting a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Provide comprehensive candidate profiles and feedback to facilitate informed hiring decisions.

Candidate Management: Manage the candidate experience, providing timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process up to the offer stage. This includes conducting pre-screening interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and providing feedback to candidates.

Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance Lenergy's employer brand, increasing our visibility and attracting top talent.

Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, and report regularly to leadership on progress and insights. Use data to inform and optimize recruitment strategies.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (to offer stage), ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated success sourcing and attracting top talent, particularly in sales and/or business development roles.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


The desired candiate is fluent in English as they will need to call and message potential employees.
