Are you a creative video editor with a knack for crafting eye-catching Meta ads and engaging YouTube vlog content? We’re looking for a Full-Time Editor to join our team and help bring our playful, feminine lifestyle brand to life through vibrant and engaging video content.

What You’ll Do:
- Edit high-performing Meta ads with a focus on vertical formats (Reels, TikTok, etc.).
- Create longer-form YouTube vlog content that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic.
- Add captions to all videos for accessibility and better audience retention.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to conceptualize and refine ad concepts.
- Deliver polished, high-quality videos that resonate with our target audience.

Who You Are:
- You love creating aesthetic, relatable content that speaks to girls in their 20s.
- You’re experienced in editing vertical ad formats and know how to make a video stop the scroll.
- You’re detail-oriented, especially when it comes to pacing, music, and captions.
- You’re comfortable with feedback and can iterate quickly to meet deadlines.
- You enjoy experimenting with new ideas and trends to keep content fresh and engaging.


The Process:

First Skills Test:

- Use this asset folder to create a B-roll ad with voiceover: ----------
- Choose any hook from the 4 provided variations.
- Follow the script in the folder for structure and order.
- Pick one of the 4 songs in the folder (or choose your own that fits the vibe).
- Captions are mandatory.
- Submit your video by attaching a link to your application.

Second Round:

For those who pass the first round, we’ll ask you to edit a mixed-format video combining talking-to-camera footage and B-roll. Details will follow.


The Details:
Position: Full-Time (40 hours/week).
Focus: 70% Meta ads, 30% YouTube vlog editing.
Location: Remote.
Pay: ---------- USD/month
