Ad Platforms Proficiency: Hands-on experience running ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, with a clear understanding of optimization strategies.

Advanced Google Sheets Skills: Able to create complex formulas, analyze data, and generate insights for reporting.

Fluent English Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills to effectively communicate with clients and tea ---------- mbers.

Highly Organized: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
Knowledge of SEO and social media management.
Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Trello, Asana, or Slack.
Experience working with international teams or clients.
Experience in digital marketing.
