Virtual Assistant for Follow-Up and CRM Management

### About Me
I work in outside sales, helping homeowners with insulation solutions like re-insulating their homes, cleaning up crawl spaces, and attic insulation. My work involves creating estimates and making sure customers have all the information they need to make decisions.

### What I Need Help With
I’m looking for a reliable and personable assistant to:

1. **Follow-Up Calls:**
- Make follow-up phone calls to ensure my customers have received their quotes.
- Answer any basic questions they might have or pass them along to me if needed.
- Your first task will be to figure out the best service or tool we need so you can make calls from a local number.

2. **Data Management:**
- Enter customer details and updates into my CRM system.
- Keep a separate spreadsheet (if needed) to track key information.

3. **Daily Check-In:**
- Call me once a day to relay any important information, updates, or customer feedback.

4. **Other Tasks:**
- Help with light administrative work as needed.
- Suggest better ways to keep me organized or improve workflow (bonus points for creativity!).

### What I’m Looking For
- A great sense of humor and a friendly, easy-going personality.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic spreadsheet tools (like Excel or Google Sheets).
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

### Schedule & Hours
This is a part-time, remote position. The hours are flexible, but you should be available to make calls during regular business hours and to check in with me once daily.
