YouTube Marketing Manager

We're seeking an exceptional YouTube Marketing Manager to join our team! As a highly skilled professional, you'll create and post engaging content, manage our YouTube pages, optimize videos, and develop a strategic plan to grow our subscribers, views, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Create and post high-quality, engaging content for YouTube ---------- ----------
- Manage and optimize our YouTube pages for maximum visibility and engagement
- Develop a strategic plan to grow our subscribers, views, and engagement
- Identify areas of opportunity to create content (long-form, shorts, community posts)
- Edit long-form videos, shorts, and graphics for the community section
- Provide monthly reports detailing growth and areas of improvement

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in YouTube marketing and management
- Proven track record of growing subscribers, views, and engagement on YouTube
- Excellent content creation and editing skills (video and graphics)
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, best practices, and advertising options
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team

Compensation:

- $3-$10 hourly
