Vestaso is a growing design agency specializing in web design and development, alongside our SaaS product FlowBookings. We work with global clients creating sophisticated web solutions, and we're looking for an organized, tech-savvy coordinator to help streamline our operations.

Role Summary

Join our design agency as a Digital Operations Coordinator to manage our digital presence, streamline operations, and organize content. Perfect for someone who loves technology, organization, and digital marketing.

What You'll Do

Handle email communications and inquiries
Organize and maintain our Notion workspace
Coordinate with our design team (motion designer, illustrator)
Create basic documentation and manage processes
Plan, edit, and post social media content
Assist with content scheduling for social media and YouTube
Handle basic invoice management and payment follow-ups
Maintain client files and project documentation
Organize and categorize our project portfolio
Track company expenses and subscriptions
Create and maintain digital asset libraries
What We're Looking For

Experience with common tech tools (Notion, Google Workspace)
Basic understanding of design and web development terminology
Strong written communication skills in English (required)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in digital communication or content management
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Basic understanding of social media platforms
Comfortable learning new tools and processes
Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working with design agencies
Experience working on Figma, notion, google sheets
Familiarity with Webflow or other web design platforms
Knowledge of project management tools
Experience with content management systems
Background in tech or startup environment
