Job Description

We are hiring a part time Deals Approval Agent to work at night Philippine time Monday through Friday from 9 am CST to 2 pm CST. This position will require research, daily outbound calls, regular customer outreach calls, and daily administrative tasks.

Please note the ongoing job responsibilities:

Interact with our customers via phone (inbound/outbound) and email to answer questions about services and membership.
Attention to detail.
Become an expert in the services we offer and provide assistance to members who are interested in learning more about our products and advertising opportunities.
Create simple web content for our customers.
Attend company meetings and engage in activities with your team.
Work Part-Time Monday through Friday during U.S. CST business hours.
Confidence, dedication, positive attitude, organizational skills, and the initiative to learn and grow are all critical job requirements.
High accountability to assignments and tasks.
Qualifications

A fast and reliable internet connection, computer equipment, webcam, headset. Google Hangouts software is required for the job as well as the interview.
A quiet work space to allow you to make and answer phone calls and participate in regular team meetings comfortably and without interruption.
