We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our social media and email marketing efforts, helping us keep our community inspired and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:
Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google My Business.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages—our audience loves a personal touch!
Assist with creating eye-catching visuals and on-brand graphics using Canva.
Research trends and hashtags to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements to enhance reach and performance.

Email Marketing:
Use Klaviyo to create, schedule, and optimize promotional and informational email campaigns.
Maintain and segment email subscriber lists to target our audience more effectively.
Design captivating email templates that reflect our brand’s personality—witty, engaging, and down-to-earth.
Analyze email performance, including open and click-through rates, to refine campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Familiarity with social media management tools
Proficiency in Klaviyo
Strong design skills, especially in Canva, with a knack for creating on-brand visuals.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table.
