Virtual Assistant

Are you ready to join the team of an educational consulting company! I’m looking for someone who is passionate about learning and will work hard, fast and effective to get tasks done and help grow our reach.

Responsibilities include:
-Designing and creating a Squarespace website to showcase our company and services
- Editing, managing, updating and posting on our Squarespace website (including email funnels)
- Designing and creating workshop materials such as handbooks, slide decks, and promotional materials using CANVA
- Creating graphics & video for social media & logo update
- Basic video editing (adding subtitles, music, splitting clips, transitions, basic effects, etc)
- Help with administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have experience with website editing specifically in Squarespace. Knowing either the Thinkific or Kajabi platform is a bonus. You will also have strong graphic design and video editing experience in addition to administrative skills. Also, written English must be extremely strong since you’ll be responsible for writing social media posts.

The job will initially 6 hours a week. Some weeks may be more. As our business grows, the job could evolve to 10-20 hours a week eventually leading to full time.
