I’m looking for a skilled social media manager who can handle the following tasks:

Create and publish 12 posts per month (on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) with a mix of content types: Reels, carousel posts, and single posts.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, fostering conversations, and building a strong community to boost engagement (likes and comments).
Share posts on Stories to maintain visibility and increase reach.
Schedule posts for optimal timing and consistency.
Provide monthly performance reports, including insights and recommendations for growth.
Develop a brand kit to ensure consistency across all content.
