Marketing & Automation Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a tech-savvy and creative Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team. This role requires expertise in marketing, automation, and website management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in digital tools, and capable of helping streamline our processes while enhancing our online presence.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Go High Level automations, workflows, and email sequences.
• Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Design marketing materials using Canva that align with our branding.
• Update and maintain our WordPress website, including content, layout, and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on strategies to improve our online presence and streamline marketing efforts.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation of marketing tools and platforms.

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Go High Level automation setup and management.
• Strong understanding of email marketing and campaign strategies.
• Proficiency in Canva for creating visually appealing designs.
• Experience with WordPress website updates and basic maintenance.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Hours:
Flexible

Compensation:
$6-$10 an hour based on experience
